To read some reports, you'd think Europe's single currency area was at the height of an economic boom.
While the European Union's single currency area now has its lowest unemployment rate in over a decade, that indicator is still a lot higher than the jobless rate in the U.K. And other metrics suggest that the former won't catch up with the latter anytime soon and the divide could even get wider.
