Having defined leadership, I wondered about the importance of the type of followers. Surely the board knew that he was beloved and had devoted followers within and without the company. They seem to have underestimated the power those followers had over their own lives. Cultivating the type of followers you need to achieve your goals....?
Thank you for building a new doorway in my mind. They are quite rare at my age.
